Can I get admission in the universities of USA after doing Masters in electronics?

I have overall 7 bands in IELTS (S-6, W-5.5, R-8, L-7.5).

Hi Bhavik, What is your GRE score? There is a lot which needs to be taken into consideration while determining whether you are eligible or not.

Thanks but I want only in USA. Would you suggest me some college or university which doesn't require GRE.
