Can i get admission in this college directly in second year without writings CET again or I want to write CET ?

Actually Am studing in 1st year recently , and now am gonna end with 2nd Semester . So can i get admission in this college without writing CET ? My stream is COMPUTER SCIENCE ( AIML)
