Yes, you can take admission for BCA on the basis of your 12th grade. JEE Mains exam is not required for BCA. There are many universities that offer BCA like Amity University, JIMS University and many more.

JEE Mains is not required at all for admission in BCA programmes.JEE Main Exam is required for B.Tech course.The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma/degree), with minimum 50% mark

JEE Main Exam is required for B.Tech course. For BCA, you don't have to appear JEE exam. You can apply directly for admission in BCA course.

JEE Mains is not required at all for admission in BCA programmes. You can just apply for this college via online application, you will be allocated a seat on the basis of the marks obtained. Best of luck.
