Most of the colleges don't mind whether you have gap in a year or not but still contact the admission department of the college you want to apply to and get details about the eligibility criteria.

If you have completed HSC in science stream with mathematics subject then you will get admission for B.Sc (Computer Science). You have to apply for admission on www.mitacsc.ac.in.
