Yes of course you can get admission in PUMBA by appearing for the MH-CET entrance examination for MBA.You can join any good CET coaching classes or you can do self study by solving previous year question papers. -

You should prepare for MH-CET. If you are from outside state then CAT,MAT, XAT exams are also preferable but admission is only through DTE Maharashtra .
