With your scores, it will be extremely difficult to get a call from XLRI. You will atleast need a 70,70,70 to become eligible for an interview call. Your scores are even below a 60,60,60 which puts at a huge disadvantage. You should target other less competitive Management Colleges. Work on buildin

See, although the scores you mentioned are not that great. But it is still possible as long as you score outstandingly in XAT entrance test, clear all sectional cut offs (quant and verbal) and also perform well during GD and interviews.
