Can I get admission in this college? I have scored class 10th: 48%, 12th: 58% from Bihar board and BCA: 62% from SMU distance education.

It is possible. But your percentage in previous years are very less which makes your chances to get into premiere institute almost nil. But if you just want to do an MBA for sake you can do from ang college

and wat is this one side university pass with 33% and one side required for 70% when I scored in cat 80percentail then why not I'm eligible for good colleges no any one colleges mention 10th 12th marks they only mention graduation marks more than 50% marks.

Yes, You're eligible for MBA, as the basic eligibility requirement for appearing in the Cat exam is to achieve 50% marks in Graduation.
