Can you please state your percentile,otherwise I won't be able to answer the question . However, last year percentile for open category was 95 percentile.

Its difficult to get admission with less marks as PUMBA is one of the reputed college in Maharashtra. But you can apply through cap round and see whether your marks are greater than cutoff. All the best
