Can I get admission in this college if I got 40% in HSC board 12th?

Asked about Oriental College of Pharmacy - Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.)

I got a less percentage in 12th, is there a possibility of getting admission if I got good marks in MHCET although I got a less percentage in 12th HSC?
