Yes, you have an equal chance if you clear the cutoff for IMT Ghaziabad.

Your question seems incomplete. You didn't ask anything but seeing your academics which are pretty decent, I will suggest if you get more than 90 percentile in CAT (as per 2017 CAT cut-off for IMT-Ghaziabad), you will get the call for WAT-CE-PI and final admission will depend on your performance in the above-mentioned tasks.
