How much min marks required for me to get cs branch?...or approx rank?

You will defenitly get NITK for that rank. Going by last years statistics, you will get all branches except computer science and ECE in NITK which includes EE, IT, Mech, Metallurgy, Chemical, Civil, and Mining.
