Sorry, but the least cutoff for RCOEM last year was around 120 in the final round for civil engineering and is likely to increase this year, hence you need to check for other options.

There are two category of admission
i) General (All candidate other than Hindi minority)
ii) Hindi minority quota (mother tongue is Hindi and domiciled in Maharashtra)
For general category, cutoff is high and for Hindi minority, it is little low.
If you have more than 70% marks in PCM in class 12th and more than 80 marks in JEE or MHT-CET, you may have a chance till all CAP rounds are done.
