I think you are already aware that majority of seats in this college are filled based on ranking obtained in MHT-CET exam. There are few seats under "All India Quota" that are filled up based on the ranking in JEE Mains. Hence, it is very tough to imagine. It all depends on how many students apply for this college under this quota. Best wishes to you. -
