It is a bit difficult to get in with this score. I would suggest you to give CET also if you can score there. Also, for PGDM, admissions aren't only on your competitive exam scores, but your past academic record, PI and a test set by the college.

Getting admission in this college does not only depend on your entrance test score but it is one of the parameters of judging as its weightage is 100 marks. But you still have 300 marks of psychometric test, group discussion, personal interview, work experience, your 10th ,12th and graduation marks as the total judging is done on 400 marks. The admission criteria for PGDM requires you to qualify through the GD/PI rounds and psychometric test as well, so you are tested on a variety of things and not only your percentile. If you can convert all of these, then admission is given.

CAT is one of the accepting exams required for admission to PGDM programme. However, it is not compulsory.
