Can I get admission in this college with 60 percentile in CAT along with 49.40% in graduation?

As per AICTE norms graduation percentage has to be 50 % or above. So, for IMT Hyderabad, I'm afraid you are not eligible. -
It will be very difficult as all colleges require you to have a minimum of 50% aggregate in graduation from any stream.
