No, if you are in general category.
In case of SC-ST quota you might get.
Personal advice:Please don't take admission with this percentile score
or else you won't be able to value yourself among good participants.Prepare well and get good score. -

A 65-70 percentile can ensure you a seat in IRMA and other premiere B-Schools as well, with Terms and conditions applied.
To be on a safer side, a percentile above 90 would place you in a competitive position assuming you are from the general category.
As a piece of suggestion, please put in your efforts into the preparation for CAT. Do not, start expecting a percentile score from now itself.
