No, you cannot get admission unless and until you are filling form for NRI Quota.

Well, 68 percentile is a little low. So, you have very less chances with this CAT score.

Last year cut off for IMNU was 75 percentile. However, it may go down also this year based upon the number and type of applicants. Hope for the best.
