Yes, there are high chances that you will get admission provided that you clear GD/PI. You have decent scores to get through.

Whole process is dependent upon merit list of applied student, so for admissions you should first apply. As per past records my response will be positive for your doubt, but still it depends upon how much you are capable to clear different test parameters of admission process. Thank you.

Yes, you are eligible to apply at IBS with your scores. For cut-off of CMAT, you have to check at IBS website.
