You need to score more. Work experience is not compulsory.

Work experience isn't compulsory but with MAT 87 percentile chances of getting admission are less. However, same percentile in CMAT or CAT or XAT would do.

No work experience is not compulsory. There are many freshers in my batch and yes according to your percentile, you can expect a call for GD PI from XIME if you have applied to the college.
