I have scored 49.58% in B.Sc (Hons) in geography (Calcutta University) and 52% in M.Sc (Vidyasagar University).

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed but firstly, government conducted exam for B.Ed, then you must be get above 50% marks.

Yes, there's no problem. Now government BED are entrance oriented. I know that for selection they need average 50% mark in entrance. You can apply private BED . There's no entrance. Best of luck.
