Can I get admission in TU Berlin to pursue automobile engineering?

I scored 79 percent marks in B.Tech in mechanical engineering and 85 percent marks in class 12th. I scored 81 percent marks in SSC and 6.5 band in IELTS. I have done B2 level German language course.
