Can I get admission in UCLA, Georgia or any of the top 30 universities in the world?

I scored 8.22 GPA in my graduation. I completed my graduation from WBUT.

Hi Surabhi, The admission depends on your overall profile. Apart from the GPA, your extra-curricular activities, GRE score, LOR, SOP etc. will be evaluated for admissions. The top universities are extremely competitive, and hence they are top ranked. So, you must have a unique profile.
