Can i get admission in US colleges for the session 2013-14 for any business administration course

I was a commerce student in school. i scored 82.2% in 12th class. i want to get admission in US colleges for undergraduate courses like BBA for the session 2013-14. i am going to appear for IELTS exam in june 2013. can i get admission there if would plan to go in september 2013
