There are very few chances of getting VIPS in the first cut off. However, you may get it in the later lists. Do check out previous year's cutoffs according to your category. -
Sure, you can if your willing to spend extra money just to get admission in VIPS. Each and every college affiliated to GGSIPU has some percentage of seats reserved as management quota for each of their courses. Don't know about how much they ask for but it depends from college to college. If it's a higher ranking college they will ask for a lot more.
