JEE Main and Class XII scores are not a factor that influences the VIT Vellore's admission process. VITEEE is the only way you can get an admission. I hope this helps.

If you are talking about VIT Pune, then you are eligible to apply there. However, if you are talking about VIT Vellore, then there is an entrance exam called VITEEE that needs to be cleared.
