Can I get admission in Vivekananda or TSEC to pursue engineering 45 marks in CET and 54% in HSC?

Chances are less for getting admission in Vivekananda or Tsec for B.Tech . Still apply for it if by chance you get admission in Vivekananda or Tsec.
