Can I get admission in Welingkar or do I need to score more in Maharashtra MBA CET? I scored 64 percentile in CMAT.

Yes, you do need to score more in MBA CET because seats through CMAT are very less in Welingkar. So the cutoff is high (around 90%ile onwards)

It would be advisible to also try the CET and MAT exams to support your score
Based on the score shortlist ,further rounds would be conducted
