Hello, You will definitely get admission in YMCA with a rank of 40,000. Possibly you may not get CE branch with this rank but can make it for IT and rest of the branches. Hope it will help you. All the best.

You can get YMCA but that you can check for JoSAA's site and YMCA websites. Check out the last year opening and closing ranks and get the approximate overview as to which college is best suited for you.
