I got 67.53% in board exams and 6.5 band in IELTS.

Yes you can. I had a friend who went to Canada to study CS he made an application through Edwise, you should check them out.

as you have met basic requirement u can get admitted in Canadian varsity. u can get more information on ualberta.CA , yorku.CA , lakeheadu.CA . this few websites where u can get some information. also I recommend that u should do some more research.
