    No, you cannot get admission into an MBBS programme at a government college through the defense quota if you score 520 marks on the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET): 

    To be eligible for the defense quota, you must be the child of a serving or former military member, or someone who died in the line of duty. 

    To be selected for a central seat reserved for the government nominee, you must meet the eligibility criteria and score well on the NEET. 

    A score of 600 on the NEET is enough to get admission to MBBS programs at most Indian state colleges.
