I appeared for CLAT 2019.THE result is not yet released...but after checking the answer key i feel that my marks are not enough to qualify...can i still get admission in 3rd round of councealling??

Dear sir, you can try your luck in the vaccancies in DSNLU or Nlu cochi i.e after 3rd councelling is over, moreover you can try for NRI Sponsered seats in these universities if u can afford .but you need to be very particular in opting for the universities because most of them are conducted on the same date.
