You can perhaps contact private institutions offering this course for any possibility of admission under their management quota. With plenty of seats lying vacant, there is quite a chance that you may succeed in getting admission this year itself. I am attaching links for your benefit. The first link is about to get admission in the government polytechnic College Pune but it is equally valid across the state of Maharashtra.
