Can I get admission the 2nd year in B.Com or BBA?
I have done a 3-years Diploma in finance, accounts and auditing from Government Polytechnic College, Hisar (Haryana).

Some colleges do. Especially in Calcutta, but depends on the university and your marks should be good.
