Can I get admission through 4th CAP round here? I am from open category and got 639.5 marks i.e 81.66% in MAT.

There are very less chances of getting admission in the fourth CAP round! To get the admission for sure your score should have to be around 90 percentile. You can try getting admission through Institute level seats!
