Can I get admission through MH-CET exam? I've got 62% in X, 49% in XII, 72.78% in BE, 25-months of exp. and I belong to SC category.

Though the official admission process is not out, most probably CET scores would be accepted, the details regarding eligibility will be on the website. Keep checking.

You may apply but the benefit of reservation will be given only to Maharashtra candidates. Your candidature will come under All India seats.
