Can I get admission through regular M.Sc for PhD?

I have completed my B.Sc in physics through IGNOU in 2015 and my percentage is 52%. I want M.Sc Physics or Astrophysics through a regular university.

    Hi,
You can pursue Ph.D (in your P. G. Major), if you have an M.Sc in the relevant field (Regular/ Distance Mode) - Two Years Duration from any UGC Recognized University.
