Hi Rahul since its a minority college ofcourse there is muslim quota.But that shouldn't discourage u at all.Infact I am myself a sikh.The discipline aspect is better than what u would find in other colleges.See its all because of the way things are stereotyped that u have such q's in mind.Religion based ragging no no that's a complete myth.U ll have the best time of ur life here dont worry.before my admission i had the same apprehensions as you but fortunately i have found the best ppl here.so dont worry on these aspects.All the best!

Hello brother, JMI is a good university and academically there is quota for muslim students but there is no such religion based biasness there in anyway. India is a secular and democratic country and we should be concern about its respect by considering each person as our brother and sister beyond of religion. Religiously everyone should be an INDIAN. Yes, there is negative marking in Jamia Milia Islamia Entrance Exam 2026. For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. So, candidates must answer questions only if they are confident to avoid losing marks.
The duration of Jamia Milia Islami Entrance Exam varies for different courses. For undergraduate programs, the duration is 1 hour 45 minutes, while for postgraduate programs, it is 3 hours. The entrance exam for admission in courses offered at AJK Mass Communication Research Centre (MCRC) consists of two sections – A and B.
