Can I get admission through the second cut-off for B.Com if my percentage full filled the first cut-off?

I missed my first cut-off in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.

    Yes, of course you can take admission. The meaning of cut off list is only to show that minimum percentage required is this. So yes, you can go for the college in second cut off.
