    Yes, there is a less possibility of securing admission into BAMS with 311 marks. The cutoff for BAMS in government medical colleges generally ranges from around 350 to 400 marks in NEET UG.

    For candidates belonging to reserved categories,  NEET scores ranging from 200 to 300 may be sufficient for admission to other medical courses such as BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery),  BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery), and BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery).
