    Hello greetings!

With a NEET score of 183, securing admission to a government medical college might be challenging as the cut-off marks for government colleges are generally higher.

Whether you can get admission to a government college with 183 NEET marks depends on several factors, including:
    Category
The minimum qualifying marks for admission to a government medical college varies by category:
General or OBC: A score of at least 500 is required for admission to a standard medical college
Reserved category: A score of 300 to 400 may be sufficient for admission
SC/ST: A score of 350 may be sufficient for admission

No. Not at all.  At such a lower mark of 183 in the NEET Entrance Exam, you can not get admission into any government medical college. However, you can easily get admission to any private medical college but the fees there are high.
