Can I get admission to any deemed university for BHMS with a score of 247 in NEET?

As the NEET cutoff is increasing rapidly in the previous year, we can observe that a score of 247 is too low for BHMS and you have to look forward towards private colleges where you may find something good. So you will not be able to get any deemed university for BHMS with a score of 247 in NEET.
