    No, admission to B.Sc. in Fashion and Lifestyle Technology at Panjab University requires a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (Academics exam + Aptitude test + Preference Criteria + Interview). However, the weightage for class 12th percentage is only 20%. Therefore, having 60% in Class 12 may not guarantee admission.
