Getting admission to B Tech government colleges in ECE department depends on the rank, reservation category and competition. As you get 64 percentile if you would be reservation category student they you have a high chances of getting seat in a government college in ECE department. But if you from general category the chances of getting seat is more likely less.

A JEE Main percentile of 63.95 is unlikely to secure admission to ECE department in most government colleges, particularly NITs and IIITs. These institutions generally have higher cutoffs, especially for popular courses like ECE, as well as a 63.95 percentile is not considered a strong score. there's a possibility of securing a seat in some less competitive government colleges.
