    No, you are not eligible for admission to Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at Dibrugarh University with 60% in Class 12. The eligibility criteria require a minimum of 50% marks in the Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities or Bachelor's in Engg./Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks. Class 12 marks are not considered for B.Ed. admission.
