Indeed, you can get the entry into B.E. / B.Tech course at BITM without KCET and through COMEDK UGET exam or management quota. Yes, you can get admission to BITM - Ballari Institute of Technology and Management  B E / B.Tech programme without KCET if you have appeared for COMEDK entrance exam or only if you are willing to take admission in Management Quota which has some additional charges obviously.
