You can get admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSC) and Animal Husbandry (AH) with 60% in Class 12 at College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry.

The eligibility criteria for BVSC and AH is 50% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the Higher Secondary Examination.

Since you have 60% in Class 12, you are eligible for admission. However, the admission is regulated by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations of Kerala (CEE) and Veterinary Council of India (VCI) on the basis of merit as assessed in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test conducted by the NTA.
