Can I get admission to College of Engineering, Ambajogai B.E. / B.Tech course without MHT CET?

No, according to my knowledge, it does not accept it without an entrance exam. Other choices of the exam would be IIT Mains and GATE exam. You can write Mains and check your rank and cut-off score and can enter the college through counseling, based on merit you get a seat in the college.
