Can I get admission to DELHI TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY and NIT, DELHI? My JEE Main score is 84 percentile.

You will get a NIT or good college if you belong to a SC, st category. Try out during counseling.

If you are from outside Delhi then there are very less chances of getting into DTU and NIT Delhi. You must try for some other NIT. But if you are from Delhi, you should participate in the counselling of DTU because you might get admission in the spot round.
