Yes, Dr. Navalar Nedunchezhiyan College of Engineeringcan admit students in B.E./B.Techwithout TNEA as mentioned
Management Quota: Based on Academic Merit (TNEA not applicable) – Subject to the availability of seats
Direct: Admission is provided based on merit and institution specific criteria if state seats are vacant after TNEA counseling.
Diploma holders or B.Sc. without TNEA probably through a college-based admission process for second-year entry. In other words Lateral Entry :- For Diploma holders or B.Sc. As far as non-TNEA seats are concerned, graduates can directly head.

Admission to the college for B.E./B.Tech courses at the Dr. Navalar Nedunchezhiyan College of Engineering (NNCE) primarily is given based on the marks obtained during the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions counselling process. This counselling process provides seats based on the class 12 or any other equivalent exams. Management quota seats are also there for students who do not join TNEA counselling. But, direct admission without TNEA through management quota might comprise additional charges.

Admissions to B.E./B.Tech programs in Tamil Nadu, including the colleges such as Dr. Navalar Nedunchezhiyan College of Engineering, are usually through TNEA conducted by Anna University, though there may be cases where you could apply based not on TNEA as strictly followed but through some of the following:

    1. Management Quota:
Most private engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu have management quota seats in some percentage.
These seats can be directly filled up by the college as per their criteria like 12th standard marks or any other merit considerations.
You may contact the college directly for fee structure and procedure under this quota.

With a 5,667 community rank, your best bet at TCE is branches like Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. CSE and ECE are out of reach, but these other options fit your rank well.
