Can I get admission to Geetanjali University without appearing in any entrance exam?

To get an admission in geetaanjali University for B.Sc Radiotherapy technology you will have to apply through the official website. You will have to be atleast 17 years old.complete the application and pay the non refundable application fee.The application fee is around 500 rupees. The candidate must have passed 12th with minimum 50% marks in Science stream,45% marks for SC/ST category. 

Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur provides a stipend to the PG students right from the first year of their Academics. All the Postgraduate students of GMCH, Udaipur are entitled to receive a stipend per month throughout the course, decided by the College administration and as per the guidelines formulated by the National Medical Commission, New Delhi. All the MD/MS Students are eligible for a monthly stipend as below: Year 1: INR 54,000/Month, Year 2: INR 55,000/Month, Year 3: INR 56,000/Month

But for diploma, it's a different course and I don't know.
